Improved Dutch localization (using XLIFF) (#715)

* Improved NL Localization with import of missing strings from EN

- Imported missing strings from EN
- Changed order of strings to match that of EN
- Improved NL localization by honouring Dutch spelling and style, by
following localized phrases as used by Apple and Mozilla and by being
consistent
