- Created AccountsSkeleton.tsx and NotificationsSkeleton.tsx components
- Updated AccountsOverview.tsx and Notifications.tsx to use skeletons
- Removed unused LoadingSpinner.tsx component
- Improved loading state UX by showing content structure
